Just want to thank Ann, Lars, and Vincent for such a great stay! We were in town with a big group of 13 guys for a bachelor party, and thought we'd be roughing frat house style based on the photos, but we thought the location was worth it. Instead, we showed up and everything was way better than we were expecting. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (towels, washer/dryer, soap, shampoo, etc.), and the sleeping arrangements were great for such a big group. 2 people do a bedroom, everyone had their own bed. It was honestly one of the best trips I've ever been on, and usually I hate group trips. The location was truly unbeatable - right in the heart of South Beach. I highly highly highly recommend this listing for any large groups looking to stay in South Beach! Our entire group loved it!

Very functional apartment and close to everything ! Easy to check in and out so if you're there for business or small stay and need a central place to sleep this is for you guys !

The beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean and new! You can find everything you need in the apt. Chocolate and wine offered were very good and not expected so thanks again :)

Also, the location is in the middle of everything. The lobby and halls of the building itself are a bit dated, however, Ann & Lars unit is well maintained and met our needs. Also, Ann & Lars give great recommendations for everything -Very communicative!

Functional and efficient solution in Cannes, especially when the city is busy.

Great spot. Exactly as advertised. Clean, air-conditioned, good wifi and very close to all the cool parts of the city. I will stay here again.

Our family sincerely thank our hosts Ann and Lars. What an amazing location, very clean and safe! Our trip in Cannes was a special one. The place is walking distance from all the shops, restaurants and the super fun beach! A bonus was the wonderful Bambou Restaurant downstairs of the flat... The food was awesome and staff very friendly! Dealing with Ann and Lars was easy and professional. We will come and stay again.
